This is Jack when left within reach of a bottle of baby powder. I had just given the boys haircuts earlier that day and forgot to bring the baby powder inside. (Back in the day when we could afford to take them to a salon to get a haircut, they used to always 'dust' their necks with powder to help with the itchiness of the hair. I'm not sure if it works, but it makes me feel professional, so I do it.) Lucky for me, this all took place outside on our deck.
